“Arranging my prepaid funeral plan brought me such peace of mind. It allowed me to make provisions so that my family would not have the financial burden and enables me to enjoy the rest of my life knowing that everything is taken care of, exactly how I want it.”

There comes a time in everyone’s life when putting measures in place for the inevitable is simply a sensible precaution to protect loved ones. If you decide this is something you would like to do, we can help.

We understand what it means to plan your own funeral and the courage it takes. We go the extra mile to make sure everyone who comes to see us to discuss future funeral arrangements is looked after sensitively, and with the compassionate professionalism that has come to be a hallmark of our business.

Funeral plans are a secure way to pay for a funeral director’s services and ensure that when the time comes, loved ones are not left with a huge bill to pay or difficult decision to make.

The plans we offer give you exceptional financial security for your money. Unlike some plans, every penny of the full value of the plan (excluding the initial management fee) is held securely in a whole of life assurance policy and ring-fenced to pay for your funeral when the time comes. The money is immediately made available at the time of need and the funds cannot be used for anything other than your funeral for total peace of mind.

A funeral plan through us guarantees that our funeral director’s costs (as set out in the plan paperwork) are covered as long as we carry out the funeral and your requirements don’t change. You can also choose to make a contribution towards third party costs (known as disbursements) such as the fees for cremation or burial, medical fees and payment to a minister or officiant.

In accordance with our pledge to you to be fully transparent with our costing, please note that as with most prepaid funeral plans, the disbursements  (which are out of our control), are subject to increase over time. Therefore, at the time of need, the person arranging the funeral will be advised of any additional cost. Alternatively you can include a sum of money to allow for the inflation and any funds not used will be paid back to the family after the funeral..

Having served people in this area for over 30 years, we know our community and we know our industry. We are proud to offer funeral plans made and priced locally.
